24 Megawatts of containerized data center, running 415 / 240 v three phase power, in a scant acre of land. This project also included groundwater abatement, a massive Cutler Hammer switchgear relocation, and a perimeter-wide mitigation of sound absorbing fencing.

A full restoration of a 75 Megawatt substation at 13,800 volts last used in service in 1988. This involved relocation of materials from a flood plain, and redesign of interconnection to the 100 kc transmission taps.
